The Aim PDM32, 10" Display With Race Icons & GPS Data Logging Kit is an advanced power distribution and data management system designed for professional and amateur motorsport applications. Power Distribution Module 

The Aim PDM32 is an advanced 32-channel power distribution module designed to power a multitude of vehicle circuits, removing the need for traditional fuse boxes and relays. It allows for a simplified wiring harness with increased reliability and control functions.

The PDM32 can receive data from the vehicle ECU and even includes a data logger and GPS Module for lap timing and track mapping.

PDM32 Power Outputs

The PDM32 is equipped with 28 high-side outputs and 4 half-bridge outputs:

• 4 x high-power outputs (up to 20A)
• 12 x mid-power outputs (up to 15A)
• 12 x low-power outputs (up to 10A)
• 4 x half-bridge outputs (up to 35A)
• Total continuous maximum current: 120A

Each output provides feedback to the data logger to provide vital information such as open circuits, short circuits, high/low voltage, the number of fault retires and the time between the reties is user-definable.

All outputs can be configured as PWM for soft start/stop functionality. Configuration and monitoring of the PDM circuits can be managed via Race Studio 3 software.

Dash Display 10" Race Icons

With fully configurable displays and a range of layouts, the TFT dash display provides a large 10” screen with Race Icons. This makes it the ideal option for drivers who want important data clearly displayed on their screen during competitive motorsport environments.

The display can function as a reversing mirror with an optional camera, perfect for vehicles with restricted rear visibility. Up to 2 cameras can be connected for front and rear views.

GPS Module Options

The GPS09 Module offers highly accurate lap timing and position tracking for circuit racing. With access to over 4,000 pre-loaded tracks, it automatically detects timing points upon arrival at the track, eliminating setup time.

The GPS Module is available with cables from 50cm up to 4m. There is also a GPS Roof-Mounted version available in 2m or 4m.

Configure & Analyse with Race Studio 3

Configuration

With Race Studio 3, you can create, modify, delete, import and export configurations with all channels, ECU drivers, Math channels, Display Pages, Digital outputs, Alarms, Shift Lights and all the expansions you need. You will also be able to manage the map of all your racing tracks and compare two laps by watching the video recorded by SmartyCam HD cameras.

Analysis

With Race Studio 3, you can analyse all data recorded by the PDM Kit and download it to your PC: graphs, histograms and tables will help you study your performance, providing objective support to avoid mistakes and improve performance.
