Enhance your Hyundai i20 R5's performance with the Aim SmartyCam 3 Dual Kit, specifically designed for models from 2016. Engineered for any racer who wants to get the most out of any performance video on the track, the SmartyCam 3 Dual is the flagship version of SmartyCam 3 range.
Dual Full HD camera system, Video output, CAN connection, USB-C connection, Ethernet port are only a few of the features of SmartyCam 3 Dual: the most powerful of our range.
The new SmartyCam 3 Dual saves all your information to a supported SD card for up to 2TB of data, this includes speed, RPM, lap number, gear shifts and many more features. With a built-in data logger running on an external power of 9-15 volts, the new SmartyCam 3 Dual automatically powers on and off in-sync with your engine – and will start/stop recording for you. Analyse your data from a vast range of sources such as GPS track map, vehicle position and speed, lap & split times. Video format is at H.264 1920x1080 pixels, 60 FPS, and the display resolution of 2.4” 240x320 pixels gives your footage crisp condition.
Our quality doesn’t falter, even under the pressure of extreme motorsport conditions such as poor weather, strong vibrations, continuous rain, and high/low temperatures as extreme as -10°C to + 50°C. Our camera is also waterproof (IP65) for extra protection.

With two video inputs, you can film from two locations on your vehicle which can be displayed on 'Picture in Picture using Race Studio 3, essentially allowing you to overlay and analyse your driving from any two angles you like.

Overlay your videos with our all-new 'Picture in Picture' effect. Pick your angles and drive; you can configure auto start/stop to do the rest, and stream your video at 30 or 60 FPS straight to your pit crew, or even Facebook, Youtube - you name it - with a built-in ethernet connection.
Analyse Your Data and Video Like Never Before
With the built-in data logger, you can view all the channels displayed on the video footage and review them with our new Race Studio 3 analysis software. Such channels include RPM, throttle, engaged gears, acceleration, temperatures, and pressures including a tri-axis accelerometer measuring 16G.
Standalone Feature
The SmartyCam 3 Dual provides you with a CAN expansion that connects with many Aim devices, such as the Solo 2 DL Lap Timer, various Aim Dash Display Loggers, and PDM Dash systems. This is a standard practice within our products, however, we have also equipped the SmartyCam 3 Dual with unterminated CAN connections which allow you to connect the camera to any system as a standalone feature. No matter your vehicle and equipment, with the unterminated connectors, you can run the Dual through the CAN/ECU connections of your choosing.

The SmartyCam 3 Dual includes a global shutter CMOS sensor and a low distortion lens with a field of view of 67°, 84° or 120° covering all areas, its 800g main unit (or bullet camera 45g) framework infallible in providing you with smooth and effortless footage.
Anatomy
The SmartyCam 3 Dual contains a rechargeable lithium battery. The main camera is 154.4x109.6x42mm, and the bullet camera is 24diamx48.2mm, and using its connectors - 1 Deutsch 22 pin + 1 SMA SDI Video out + 2 SMA bullet connection + 1 USB-C – the camera slots right into your vehicle.
Finished with a sleek anodised aluminium coat, the SmartyCam 3 Dual is assured to add efficiency, informational data, productivity, and style to your racing. The SmartyCam 3 Dual Kit seamlessly integrates with the Hyundai i20 R5's ECU, providing real time data overlays for enhanced performance analysis. The SmartyCam 3 Dual can be connected through the CAN network to our Aim Loggers, MX Series, MXL2, MyChron, Solo2 DL, EVO5 and ECU Bridge.
You can connect more SmartyCam 3 cameras on the same CAN network. The SmartyCam has its configuration and automatically retrieves the data it needs from the network without interfering with the others. You can also synchronise your video and data with the Loggers using Race Studio 3 software.

Configuration
With Race Studio 3 you can create, modify, delete, import and export configurations with all channels, ECU drivers, Math channels, Display Pages, Digital outputs, Alarms, Shift Lights and all the expansions you need. You will also be able to manage the map of all your racing tracks and compare two laps by watching the video recorded by SmartyCam cameras.
Analysis
With Race Studio 3 you can also analyse all data recorded by the SmartyCam and download it to your PC: graphs, histograms and tables will help you study your performance, providing objective support to avoid mistakes and improve performance.
