AiM EVO4S World SSP300 FiM Kit

AiM has designed a specific connection cable to the World SSP 300 bikes ECU for EVO4s.

This cable will allow you to read transmitted data from the ECU via CAN, while at the same time power up the system.

 

This kit is compatible with:

World SSP300 Bikes (with MecTronic MKE5 ECU)

EVO4S World SSP300 FiM Kit

The EVO4s is a powerful and flexible data logger and is compatible with the last generation of AiM dash/displays and our Race studio 3 software.

The EVO4s data logger samples all the information you need, like data coming from your vehicle ECU from the internal accelerometer and gyro and the GPS included in the kit.
With the specific connection cable provided for World SSP300 bikes ECU for the EVO4S, you will be able to read transmitted data from the ECU via CAN and at the same time power up the system.

You can also get data from analogue/digital inputs, external expansions as well as predefined math channels.

Sensors can be connected to 5 configurable analogue channels, to the RPM input and two-wheel speed inputs.


Add additional sensors

5 analogue channels with configurable 12 bit 0-5 Volt, 0-500 mV, 0-50 mV inputs or thermocouple input, used to sample data coming from temperature, pressure, suspension and other kinds of sensors. 2-speed inputs, which allow you to monitor the different wheels' behaviours. 1 RPM input, which manages square wave signals transmitted by the ECU, or pulse signals picked from the coil command (low voltage).
Internal three-axial accelerometer and gyro sensor: A built-in inertial platform lets you have the most powerful system for understanding oversteering, understeering, banking, etc.
Digital output: EVO4S features a 1 amp at 12 volts digital output. You can configure it to turn it on or off depending on the value of the analogue or digital inputs, ECU values, expansion values, GPS information or math channels.
CAN output: With the CAN Output you can send messages directly to an existing CAN network to improve the range of vehicle control possibilities.
Powerful data analysis: Data recorded by EVO4S can be downloaded to PC and analysed with the professional Race Studio Analysis 3 software: graphs, histograms and tables will help you evaluate your performance, providing an objective support to avoid mistakes and improve your driving technique.


GPS Module

Included with the dash, GPS technology represents a true revolution in data acquisition. Thanks to the lightweight and waterproof GPS Module and its GPS Manager software, you can immediately get lap times and all data needed for engine tuning as well as for improving driving technique.
The GPS Module is fast in satellite signal acquisition and reliable in adverse situations. GPS Manager allows you to set track start/finish lines and splits and to download a comprehensive track database. With the GPS Module, you get important information, i.e. chassis analysis, track position, etc as well as position, speed, cornering in-line and lateral G and automatic lap times.

Configure & Analyse with Race Studio 3

Configuration

With Race Studio 3 you can create, modify, delete, import and export configurations with all channels, ECU drivers, Math channels, Display Pages, Digital outputs, Alarms, Shift Lights and all the expansions you need. You will also be able to manage the map of all your racing tracks and compare two laps by watching the video recorded by SmartyCam HD cameras.

Analysis

With Race Studio 3 you can also analyse all data recorded by EVO4S and downloaded to your PC: graphs, histograms and tables will help you study your performance, providing an objective support to avoid mistakes and improve performance.
