GPS09c Open is a stand-alone device that can stream, in completely configurable messages, all the GPS data at 25 Hz. It is proposed also in the Pro version that features also a 100 Hz 6 axis IMU.

It offers three output streams; for not AiM systems you can configure the protocol for a CAN or RS232.

EASY CONFIGURATION WITH RACE STUDIO 3

CAN connection

AiM Race Studio 3 software offers the possibility to freely configure the CAN messages.

It is possible to set:

  • Baud rate
  • ID
  • DLC (1-8 bytes)
  • Byte order
    (little endian, big endian)
  • Messages frequency

RS232 Connection

GPS09c Open may be configured for transmitting the GPS NMEA message you need through an RS232 stream.

It is possible to set:

  • Baud rate

  • DLC (1-8 bytes)
  • Byte order
    (little endian, big endian)

Both GPS09c Open and GPS09c Pro Open are proposed in two different mechanical versions. Vehicle with carbon fiber roof or reduced glass surface may limit the GPS signal: the Roof version of AiM GPS09c Open is specifically designed to avoid signal loss.

Configure & Analyse with Race Studio 3

Configuration
With Race Studio 3 you can create, modify, delete, import and export configurations with all channels, ECU drivers, Math channels, Display Pages, Digital outputs, Alarms, Shift Lights and all the expansions you need. You will also be able to manage the map of all your racing tracks and compare two laps watching the video recorded by SmartyCam HD cameras.
Analysis
With Race Studio 3 you can also analyse all data recorded and downloaded to your PC: graphs, histograms and tables will help you study your performance, providing objective support to avoid mistakes and improve performances.
